The Senior Universal Banker is fully trained on both the teller and platform side of the banking center. This role will float between branches depending upon the needs of the Bank. This role will contribute to the growth of the business and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific individual and team-based business goals.This is an in-person role.RESPONSIBILITIESSenior Universal Banker will frequently travel to different branches to assist branch staff as neededSpecializes in our branch client experience through sales, service and digital engagement of our Consumer and Commercial clientsEngage and educate clients in a variety of ways to bank with us and provide solutions to meet their identified needs, encouraging and supporting the use of digital capabilities in client interactionsActively engage in lobby management, meeting and greeting clients and proactively inquiring and taking ownership to solve their banking needsProactively reach out to customers to contribute to the retention and expansion of all Consumer and Business Banking relationshipsConsider this description to be the foundation of your job, not its boundaries. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
