Find out how to protect yourself Joining a growing team working on exciting front office projects.Hybrid working option available.About Our ClientMy financial services client is a leading bank in Europe with an international reach, with the role being based in London and requiring you to commute to the office on a 50/50 hybrid split.Job DescriptionMy financial services client based in London is looking for a Senior UI Developer to engage in:An agile based software development life-cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews.Collaborating with the production support team.Working closely with other developers in following best development and architecture practice.Providing feedback from experience on architecture, design and technology direction of the platform.The training and mentoring of less experienced participants through instruction, pair programming and code review.Design meetings for new functionality.Develop reference implementations and documentation for platform featuresModerate and review development contributions from the development communityThe Successful ApplicantTo be considered for the Senior UI Developer at my financial services client based in London, the candidate must present evidence of:Working within the financial services industry on an E Trading platformAn understanding of test driven development and continuous integration practicesWorking in an investment banking environmentStrong development skills and experience with C#, WebApiExperience working with Front Office users (Traders, Sales), preferably in CreditStrong understanding of test driven development and continuous integration practices (Team City experience beneficial).Good communication skills, both orally and in writing. Comfortable interacting with front office users.What's on OfferReceive up to £850 per day Inside IR35 working within a 50/50 hybrid model in London, for a minimum of 12 months with the possibility of an extension.
