We are seeking innovators who have a knack for designing immersive, creative and engaging digital ecosystems, products, and services – and we execute small – sweating the details to create consistent, performant customer experiences.
As a passionate user-centered designer, you will be committed to elevating design standards and refining the craft of creating meaningful and delightful experiences. The position entails pushing the visual direction, constructing brand frameworks, building atomic design systems, leveraging prototype tools to animate micro-interactions, while collaborating with development teams on proof of concepts, helping facilitate workshops, presenting work, and skillfully handling client feedback in sessions.
This is a role for someone continually growing and developing their leadership skills. Highly collaborative, you enjoy working and leading closely-knit teams – pushing things further. Not afraid to make the case for what you believe in, you work well under pressure, keeping your cool when the deadlines change. You’re likely to have knowledge and expertise in these areas - Work with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional digital products
- Passionate about all areas of the Human-Centered Design process to create deliverables grounded in insight aiming to validate hypotheses
- Use prototyping tools like Figma, to not only communicate ideas and concepts, but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
- Craft branded micro-interactions and push the experience with knowledge of After Effects or other motion software
- Effectively manage time within a project to facilitate the delivery of a digital product on budget and on time
- Manage multiple stakeholder needs, interests, priorities and expectations effectively and sensitively
- Contribute to strategic thinking and use analytics and other evaluation tools to help measure the impact of design strategies
- Be an expert, continually learning about people, design and technology, and striving to improve design practice
