As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you'll lead our organization's treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, risk management, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury functions and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures
Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, ensuring accurate forecasting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Support financial planning and budgeting processes
Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for excess cash
Requirements
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus
5+ years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or corporate finance roles, preferably in a multinational corporation or financial institution
Strong knowledge of treasury processes, cash flow forecasting techniques, financial risk management principles, and banking products/services
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and treasury management systems (TMS)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
Strategic thinking ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in treasury management and proactively develop solutions
