Senior Travel Consultant Skills and attributes
A demonstrated passion for travel with a minimum of 2 years travel industry experience, preferably with a luxury travel agency or tour operator
Extensive travel knowledge, with market expertise and good knowledge of industry suppliers, destinations, and hotels in the US.
Positive attitude, highly driven and with strong sales acumen and desire to help drive company sales
Knowledge of a GDS (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
High care of duty to both clients and team members and a willingness to go the extra mile for both
Impeccable attention to detail and cross-checking skills
Highly organised, ability to prioritise and multi-task stay calm under pressure
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
