Leisure Travel & Retail Joining our specialist Asia sales team, we are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant eager to create travel experiences that inspire and instil a love for travel in our guests as voracious as their own. This involves taking ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, tailormade holidays to our discerning guests, whilst navigating and creating experiences across some of the most exclusive product across Southeast Asia, North Asia, China & Japan, as well as Indian subcontinent. ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):To take ownership of all aspects of selling and booking a holiday, including written and verbal quotations and holiday documentationTo work towards individual and team sales targets and meet Key Performance IndicatorsTo develop excellent product knowledge for immediate sales area but also within all areas of the Scott Dunn portfolioTo support all marketing initiatives including brochure production, website management, email campaigns, PR, and promotional eventsTo meet guests on a face-to-face basis when requiredTo contact guests on their return to receive feedback and create new enquiriesTo learn and become conversant with all computer software applicationsTo work closely with all departments and Sales teamsTo deliver excellent guest service at all stages of booking and demonstrate the key values of Scott DunnAbout YouIf you are passionate about the rich and exotic culture that is Asia and have been inspired by the myriad of contrasts throughout this awe-inspiring region where high tech meets natural spectacle, weird meets wonderful, and luscious tropical islands are juxtaposed with glittering modern cities, then joining the Scott Dunn Asia team is the perfect role for you.As a Senior member of our team, you will have significant travel sales experience where you have managed the end-to-end experience of your guests journey through the bold colours, dramatic scenery, and the contrast of ancient with modern that encapsulates Asia.
