Attention Senior Transport Planners!Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a driven Transport planner to join an independent Transport Planning Consultancy, on a long-term contract basis outside IR35.The successful candidate will have the chance to work on exciting Residential and Rail projects whilst working remotely!Our client is looking for a Senior Transport Planner to lead and manage transportation planning projects whilst providing technical expertise and strategic direction.Key Responsibilities:Report writing, including evidence for inquiriesEnsure deliverables are completed on time and within budgetConduct transportation studies to support Infrastructure planningStay up to date on emerging trends and technologiesPrepare presentations for clients and project stakeholdersAttend project and client meetings when requiredDevelop innovative transportation solutions that address current needsKey Requirements:Strong analytical skills, including the preparation of Trip Generation and Distribution spreadsheetsWorking knowledge of ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG and TRANSYTA degree in Transportation Planning or Engineering or a similar fieldFully licensedPrior experience working in Transportation PlanningKnowledge of Transportation planning principles and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of delivering Transportation planning projects on time
