As Charlotte Tilbury continues its market defining growth we arefocussed on ensuring we have the right people, processes and systemsto underpin our business now and into the future.This rolesits within our broader transformation function who work on thedevelopment and delivery of broad business wide capability buildinginitiatives.The role serves as partner to the Global Financeteams to build and deliver a roadmap of change that underpins theneeds of our business.Role Accountabilities:The role of the Senior Transformation Manager -Finance is to support the development of operational effectivenessacross the Global Finance Teams at Charlotte Tilbury.The rolewill oversee near term tactical improvements as well as supporting theevaluation, design and execution of larger scale long terminitiatives.The role specifically covers:Supports Finance leadership in capability analysis, projectscoping, approach, and definition.Designs and developsprograms spanning process improvement, data improvement as well astechnology-based improvements aligned to the strategic ambitions ofthe department and business.Serves as the primary contactand escalation point for any staffing, bandwidth, resource, ordelivery issues within relevant programs.Support inengaging and involving broader global finance teams inprojects/programs.Ensures successful project outcomedelivery that is in line with the broader goals and objectives of theprogram and business.Can deliver continuousimprovement/change into teams partnering with teams de delivertraining.Provides successful oversight of executionactivities to ensure program adoption and adherence.Produces effective progress reports and communication mechanismsfor the program to keep senior leadership appraised of the status,major risks and issues, scope changes, budgets, headcount andmilestone achievements or misses.A financial accountingbackground is key for this roleReportingRelationships:Reporting to our TransformationLeadNo direct reports however close partnership/matrixmanagement with change, business analysis, business systems, financemaster data and broader finance team.RequirementsExperience ofShared Service Operating Models either leading or implementingincluding understanding key KPI’s and OKRExperience of ERP/System development (SAP desirable)Experience of overseeingteams both directly and in matrix.Action orientated withthe ability to balance short term results with longer term strategy.Ability to influence at levels across an organisationdriving change practiceComfortable working with ambiguityand to tight deadlinesGenerous productgiftingHybrid& flexibleDog friendly office on Monday, Wednesdays andFridays.Access to Tilbury Treats - discounts on everythingfrom gym memberships to cinema tickets.Other fabulousbenefits such as life assurance, birthdays off work and pensioncontribution.
