Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a dynamic Planning and Design Consultancy in their hire of an ambitious and experienced Senior Town Planner to their Nottingham based team!

The current team is close-knit and made up of 10 planning and design specialists who work on an exciting range of projects across commercial, residential, Infrastructure, Retail and Leisure, and more.

Duties of the role will be to act as a brand ambassador responsible for developing new client relationships and provide a more experienced lead on complex planning proposals, contributing towards business development and wider company objectives.

The ideal candidate will be MRTPI Chartered, or working towards chartership, and will have previous experience at Planner or Senior Planner level. An understanding of Masterplanning would also be beneficial. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
