Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate planning applications, including preparation, submission, and negotiation.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform planning decisions.
Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to obtain necessary approvals and permissions.
Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate planning considerations into design and construction processes.
