Senior Town Planner

The Company

The client, an established team of chartered Town Planning Consultants who specialise in planning, regeneration, research, engagement, strategy, and policy development, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Town Planner to join the team. The client provides a wide of planning applications across the UK including eco towns, large urban extensions, rural estates, residential and commercial development.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in all streams of work

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• Be MRTPI / Degree in RTPI accredited Discipline
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen both on projects and cross discipline opportunities
• Be competent and experienced in dealing with a varied workload of multiple projects.
• Have excellent presentation and project delivery skills
• Desire to work in a small but fast-growing company
• Demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others in the team to achieve
