The client, an established team of chartered Town Planning Consultants, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Town Planner to join the Planning team in Bedford. The have 2 offices based in UK one in London and the other in Bedfordshire! The client provides a wide of planning applications across London, the Home Countries and the South East.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in all streams of work

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• Be MRTPI / MRICS qualified with PQE experience in planning / development
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen both on projects and cross discipline opportunities
• Be competent and experienced in dealing with a varied workload of multiple projects.
• Have excellent presentation and project delivery skills
• Be a good team player with the ability to work under own initiative
• Demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others in the team to achieve / exceed agreed targets
