The client is a modern multi-disciplinary Town Planning and Environmental Consultancy, who specialise in a various project across renewable and conventional energy; infrastructure; development and regeneration; ports and harbours, and minerals and waste management sectors.

The client works on a comprehensive range of environmental and planning solutions across the entire lifecycle of the project, and due to significant business growth, they are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join the team based in Inverness!

The Position of a Senior Town Planner

As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the delivery of a wide range of project, especially with focus on renewables, assisting with advice, planning applications and appeals. You will be meaningfully engaged in all work streams and an active member of the team. Furthermore, you will engage in developing the company's client base, enhancing the company's reputation, and be a mentor for entry-level members of staff.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
• Previous renewable consultancy experience.
• MRTPI qualified.
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
• Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
• UK driving licence.
