Senior Tendering Project Manager

Responsible for implementation of the process by ensuring all tenders meet Sulmara’s commercial guidelines and golden rules.Actively support BD & Sales with the identification of new opportunities for business growth and contribute to the decision-making.Support the Commercial Director to define and implement targets for the function in line with the strategic objectives set for the business in the yearly budget.Be conversant with the general survey specifications and market requirements.Lead the preparation and submission of technical & commercial proposals.Analyse client requests for quotation and compile technical requirements, work on method selection, cost calculations and risk assessments.Ability to determine technical solutions for both equipment and methodology for client requirements.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, partners and supporting departments/functions.Qualifications and ExperienceTechnical Diploma in Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or Hydrography, or equivalent degree or experience.Considerable practical experience related to the offshore environment.Considerable experience in a commercial or project management/project surveyor role with an offshore contracting businessStrong analytical thinker and process-driven individual.Eye for detail and order and enjoy being part of an international team, globally deployed.Valid Driving License.Sounds like you?
