What we are looking for

We are looking for Technical Coordinators of all levels across the Cambridgeshire area. We need people who can 'hit the ground running' who come from a developer background and really understand the challenges developers face from the urgency around planning permission, to the importance of section agreements and the diplomacy needed to interact with most members of the workforce and outsider stakeholders. You will be a pivotal member of the team and for the right person a long and progressive career is on offer.

Typical duties will include:

• Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage design processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator in the construction or property development industry.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
