Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role

• Experience working in a Design Management/ Technical Coordinator role with a Leading main contractor or developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience with Fit out packages (desirable)
• Experience in the high-end market (desirable)
• Construction relate qualification
