SENIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATORNW LONDON£65,000 - £75,000O'Neill & Brennan are working with one of London's market leading developers, who are on the hunt for 2x Senior Technical Coordinators to join their team in NW London, on one of their residential schemes.The project will consist of thousands of one, two, and three bedroom apartments.Main Duties:
* Prepare and manage a detailed design and procurement programme
* Monitor and report on the design programme on a regular basis
* Identify and manage design associated risks
* Manage design change control process
* Manage the flow of design information
* Manage and train Technical CoordinatorsYou will be reporting directly to the Technical Manager, and be able to work from home 2x days a week. The other 3x days you will be working on the site.For more information on this opportunity, please click 'apply
