It is a profitable organisation with a track record of success working across public and private sectors with an extensive portfolio.The ideal candidate is diverse within the industry and has an understanding within the architectural, engineering and EA works.Seeking an individual who is looking for a challenge, good team player and open to travelling to sites on occasion to deal with technical aspects of land purchases.Key AttributesDegree qualified in Construction Management/Architectural Technology/Engineering or a similar industry related qualification.Residential RC frame experience is essential.Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a coordination roleHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessDesign, Engineering, Technical and Building Construction knowledgeEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking to develop their career.
