Senior Technical Consultant

Dunbar Brown Group are delighted to be working retained with our London based customer who are looking to add a Senior Technical Consultant to their growing function. As a Technical Consultant specialising in R&D claims, you will be responsible for aiding clients in the United Kingdom with their R&D tax credit and incentive claims to HMRC.
Key responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand R&D projects, procedures, and innovations.
Conduct thorough technical assessments to determine qualifying R&D activities and expenditures.
Create detailed technical documentation outlining the nature and relevance of R&D projects.
Analyse financial data to determine eligible R&D expenses and costs.
Prepare accurate financial documentation in accordance with tax legislation and reporting standards.
Collaborate with customers to maximise R&D tax relief claims by identifying all qualified expenses.
Suggest ways to improve R&D processes for better claim eligibility.
Remain up-to-date on R&D tax relief requirements.
Ensure all claims follow legal criteria and procedures.
As the primary contact for clients, offer expert advise and answer questions.
Build solid customer connections and provide continuing support during the claims process.
Manage project schedules to guarantee prompt claim resolution.
Key Experience:-
Minimum 2 years experience in a Technical Consultant role
Bachelors degree in relevant field- engineering, science or technology
Strong experience preparing R&D tax relief claims in a consultancy environment
Salary Range:-
Depending on experience but will be £40-50,000 per annum + bonus
