Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + packageLocation:Region: LondonA leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join them, working on a huge, long term regeneration scheme in South East London.The company are an innovative and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.They are working on a long term regeneration scheme in South East London comprising the demolition and redevelopment of over 1000 homes, with circa 1500 new high quality, mixed tenure homes. This is a long term scheme that is well underway with many years left to run.The company are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Co-ordinator with a strong track record working on residential / regeneration schemes for a reputable main contractor or developer. The successful person will be site based in South East London but will have to occasionally travel up to the company offices near Watford, Hertfordshire.Senior Technical Co-ordinator:Experience of coordinating, managing and providing technical guidance and support to residential developments / regeneration schemesBe able to lead and manage a teamIdeally C.I.A.T QualifiedDegree Qualified / HNC / ONCAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeA good understanding NHBC legislationStrong on Health & Safety / CDM RegulationsGood understanding of Planning legislationIf you are a Senior Technical Co-ordinator and you are interested in the role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on 07733 529 573
