In the course of your work, we’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.You’ll be responsible for understanding, challenging and developing our business, customers, strategic goals and how the teams operates in order to support the realisation of desired outcomes by the team.You’ll also be:Capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they’re in line with key strategic principlesInteracting with customers, key business and technical stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needsAnalysing existing system documentation to summarise existing system functionality as it relates to the work at handSupporting the identification of team priorities based upon feedback from the customers, key stakeholders and the team as well as dealing with uncertainty where requirements or solution are not clearA key player in managing and resolving complex problems both within area and at enterprise levelThe skills you'll needYou’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP, provide functional support for the full end to end development cycle including requirements, testing and implementation. Additionally, you’ll have a good understanding of payments, Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment.You’ll also need:Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniquesStrong knowledge of payments domain ideally with hands-on experience working with different payment schemes from an application, support or operational perspectiveBasic knowledge of databases, interfacing, industry standard syntax JSON or XML is essential, familiarity with public cloud and microservice concepts is beneficialGood communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleaguesGood collaboration and stakeholder management skills
