My client, a global leader in the aerospace industry are on the hunt for a Senior Technical Analyst
Role and Responsibilities –
In this role, you will have the technical ability to participate and/or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide problem diagnosis and solutions for documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware and software products in an information technology infrastructure environment.
Other responsibilities include:
Direct research on potential technology solutions
Providing support, monitoring and maintenance of UK Data Centre and other EMEA site infrastructure and services for remote associates.
Develop operational, installation, configuration and upgrade documentation for computer and networking related systems
Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes.
Experience or Qualifications –
Technical related Degree or relevant experience proven in a previous role
Knowledge of or experience in IT Service desk software packages
Strongly task driven and being able to manage workload
Solid technical skills working with MS Technologies
