Senior Technical Architect Job in Central England

Senior Technical Architect job joining a global A&E company working on defence projects, offering up to �50,000 + bonus and fully remote working. The successful candidate MUST be able to pass security clearance and prior experience working on projects in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements
• Conduct site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable code requirements
• Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards
• Site visits to determine compliance with construction documents; identify any deviations and liaise with the owner and contractor to resolve issues promptly
• Works effectively in a team by supporting other team members
• Report to directors on the progress and updates of current projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6
• You must be proficient in the technical stages of a project
• ARB registered is essential
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Previous experience working on MOD projects is highly desirable but they are also considering large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential
• Within commutable distance to Birmingham, Cambridge, and Peterborough
• You must be based within the Midlands or East Midlands and can travel to the site a maximum of once a week
• You must have security clearance.
• Having your own car and driver's license is essential.
