We provide employment for more than 530 care staff and office-based staff in several towns and cities.As a team leader you will be responsible for: Complete Initial Assessments
Review of Care Packages
Carry out Spot Checks, Care Assessments, Supervisions and Appraisals
Carry Medication Observations and Competency Assessments
Identify ways to improve quality of care
Auditing of Medication, Communication Logs, ECM Reports
Assist Branches to increase their compliance percentages
Train new Local Branch - Team Leaders
Assist Branches in times of crisis, including care calls
To be able to deal with Complaints and Safeguarding and assisting in any required investigations/recommendations
Assist the branch to prepare for inspections
Be knowledgeable of RISCA Regulations and Well-being Act
Be able to support care staff with any performance concerns and/or additional training for complex care needs
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Suite
Support the Senior Management Team where and when needed
Report directly to the Regional Quality and Compliance Manager We are looking for an individual who is sociable, flexible and committed. Who has previous experience in a care role.
