Roles & Responsibility:
Experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor.
Expert knowledge of Compliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K plans and administration.
Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent.
Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis.
Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills.
High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement
Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks
Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills
Education and experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach
Skill Requirement:
Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills
Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel
Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts
