Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Senior Team Administrator
to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. You will be coordinating and supporting the activities of the Development Team Administrators who support the Acquisitions and Development Teams in the delivery of affordable schemes from legal contracting of the opportunity to practical completion, snagging and handover to customers.
What you'll be doing:
Line Managinga team of Development Team Administrators
Managingthe incoming workflow tasks, disseminating work to direct reports and all team activities, ensuring items are dealt with accurately and promptly
Managingown workload and contributingto the efficient processing of workflow tasks
Establishing and maintaining project files, setting up and maintaining electronic files of key scheme data.Administering the requisitions and payments process in relation to each project
Supporting the Project Teams in obtaining and reviewing compliance paperwork to include, but not limited to Gas and Electrical certificates, Fire Risk Assessments etc. ensuring delays in achieving Practical Completion are mitigated
Establishing, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with all work colleague
Maintaining and monitoring the relevant databases relating to legal and contract work
Always ensuringcompliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and compliance with all health and safety legal responsibilities.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Experience in the housing, construction, or project management sector
Experience of managing a team of administrators and overseeing their workload whilst delivering the expected outcomes of the team
Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, video conferencing.
Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
Experience of complex CRM platforms
Experience of Financial Accounting software used for processing PO requests, unit accounting and goods receipting
Able to communicate positively and effectively with internal and external teams.
