About Our Client Our client are a leading Real Estate house builder who have invested more than £3bn. Due to organic growth, my client is seeking a senior Tax Manager to help all aspects of tax reporting & compliance whilst delivering tax returns (VAT, CIS and corporation tax) and driving efficiencies across the function.
Job DescriptionAnalysis and coordination of data for tax purposes (VAT, CIS and corporation tax)Review and prepare quarterly UK VAT returnsQuarterly CT61 submissionsReview SDLT calculations and returnsCIS ReturnsPSA returnsTAX process improvements
The Successful ApplicantHolds a relevent Tax or accounting qualificationUnderstanding of CIS returnsStrong VAT background is highly importantExperience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred What's on Offer12 month FTC Salary up to £95,000 (DOE)Hybrid working potential Immediate start
