You will have experience working in a marketing agency, confident working closely with senior stakeholders and a proven ability to recruit for global roles at all seniority levels. You will be joining the team at a pivotal moment to take ownership of, and further develop, our TA practices. You will line manage and be supported by our Talent Acquisition Administrator who is based in the US. As a TA team you will predominantly be recruiting for marketing and creative roles, however, you will also be required to recruit for our corporate services team (finance, HR, IT, administration) from time-to-time. Working alongside the Group HR Director and HR Director, the Senior TA Specialist will be helping to evolve and promote a strong EVP and position Gravity as an Employer of Choice.This is a fantastic role with huge scope to make the role your own with support from a very friendly and motivated global HR team whom you will support across other key people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing robust and innovative talent acquisition strategies to ensure we attract top talent that aligns with our vision, mission and values Manage the full-cycle recruitment processes across our global offices for all Practice Areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience Partner with Practice Area Leads and Heads of Departments to develop a strong understanding of their recruitment needs and develop proactive ways to ensure these needs are met by nurturing talent pipelines Evolve and evaluate our inclusive hiring practices Devise and implement sourcing strategies, from assessing the effectiveness of our employer branding to building robust talent pipelines
Developing best practice and processes on our ATS (Teamtailor) to maintain a detailed and organised recruitment workflow and continually improve our candidate experience Effectively balance regional nuances in interview processes with global best practise to ensure an equitable and consistent hiring standard
Demonstrate a strong focus on detail, flexibility, and the ability to adopt to a dynamic, fast paced team environment Evaluating our recruitment tech-stack to assess effectiveness and responsibility for future proposals for system changes Experience / Skills Required: Proven experience as a senior in-house recruiter working in a marketing agency with a track record of success in full-cycle recruitment or significant recruitment experience recruiting for marketing & creative roles at all levels Experience in managing a small team and ensuring motivation levels are maintained and identifying training needs for your team Demonstrable experience of recruiting globally across multiple regions including UK, US and APAC Deep knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Proven experience of using a variety of direct sourcing methods, including demonstrable success with LinkedIn Recruiter Strong understanding of recruitment metrics with ability to meet defined KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate etc) and using these insights to tailor strategies as needed Solid understanding of employment legislation across UK and US Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior key stakeholders
