Job DescriptionLocation: Canary WharfHybrid: 2 days per week on siteSalary: up to £70k Senior Systems Engineer with experience of Cisco UCS required by a Global Law Firm. Paying up to £70k + benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to join a permanent team with hybrid working from a great office in Canary Wharf.This role will be supporting a mixture of cloud and on-prem services, with on-call requirements 1 week in every 6. Essential skills include Windows Server, VM ware, Cisco UCS, and NetApp.Key responsibilities:Planning, implementing, and supporting core systems including: Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Cisco UCS, IAAS, NetApp SAN/NAS, Citrix XenApp.Communicate with service providers.Ability to lead and mentor more junior team members.Manage operational incidents to resume services with minimal disruption. Contribute to overall IT strategy and direction Key skills/experience:Excellent experience with Windows server 2012R2, 2016,##########2 Clustering, and Active Directory.Strong experience with VMware virtual server technologiesExpert experience with Cisco UCS (B and C class)Strong understanding of NetApp or other SAN technologiesExperience of Powershell scripting and automationExperience with IAAS across Azure and AWS This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a Global Law Firm in a permanent role paying up to £70k.
