The Opportunity
Ford & Stanley – The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting for a technically advanced Senior Systems Engineer who wants to be involved in the full project lifecycle of safety critical on-board train protection products for some of the biggest names within Rail.
This position would be well-suited to someone who wants to be the subject matter expert when it comes to system engineering.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Candidate
If you are an experienced Systems Engineer who enjoys working with complex products or systems, this could be the ideal role for you. This position will offer a variety of technical challenges and requires someone who is keen to participate in product development ensuring customers' requirements are always met.
This is far from just a desk-based engineering position and needs someone to be responsible for the whole project life cycle as opposed to having a singular focus you will be involved in the specification, out-sourced design, integration, testing, validation, verification, deployment and through life support of safety critical on-board train protection products which will include but not limited to AWS/TPWS and APC.
