Job Description
Senior Systems Engineer (Windows) London / WFH to £80k
Are you a technologist with a broad range of skills and knowledge seeking an opportunity to take ownership and progress your career? You could be joining a small, specialist Hedge Fund with £1 billion in assets.
As a Senior Systems Engineer you will partner with the MSP and be responsible for establishing an IT function in-house to improve technical support response times and manage day-to-day and BAU activities. You'll have various tasks and responsibilities working with technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Outlook, 0365, Virtualisation (vSphere), Microsoft SQL Server and Azure cloud administration.
Location / WFH Policy:
You'll join a small group of accomplished entrepreneurs with flexibility to work from home most of the time, meeting up with the team in North London on Thursdays.
About you:
You have a broad range of IT / Infrastructure knowledge including Windows, Active Directory, Outlook, 0365, Virtualisation (vSphere), Microsoft SQL Server and Azure cloud administration
You have experience of working in SMEs, with a varied workload
You have experience of working with and managing relationships with MSPs
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
