This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant who is looking to progress within the built environment industry by joining a leading energy and sustainability consultancy in their offices in London.
Role responsibilities include:
Delivery of BREEAM from feasibility work and planning support through to certification
Work alongside colleagues whilst taking the lead on BREEAM and sustainability related projects
Produce concepts, reports, and present this to clients
Deliver sustainable and low-carbon design solutions to meet quality standards and deadlines
The role will offer opportunities to work with energy modelling and LCA’s as well
Requirements for the role include:
Strong experience within a sustainability consultancy role
Experience with BREEAM assessments through to certification as well as BREEAM Assessor or AP qualification
Experience in applying LCA Methodologies, WELL assessments, Part L and Dynamic Simulation modelling would be desirable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of sustainability related statutory legislation and standards.
Full UK driving license
