You’re an established Surveyor with experience in traditional building surveying and decarbonisation projects.
You’ve worked within a busy commercial function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within tendering processes.

If you can:
a dedicated and results-driven surveyor with proven success in achieving profitable contracts.
an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
effectively with clients and architects to maintain/build robust relationships.
And be:
a Main Contracting background with hands on experience of pre and post contract experience.
towards all levels of management.
to manage and deal with change effectively.
within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
knowledge of JCT contracts and NEC experience.
