Job TitleSenior SurveyorJob Description SummaryWe are seeking an experience surveyor to join Cushman & Wakefield’s market leading London Occupier Representation team, operating across the South East Region. The team supports its clients through the entire process of their search for an office space, from the beginning all the way to signing the lease and fitting out the new premises. Its expertise covers businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to large multinationals, across sectors including media, tech, finance, manufacturing, legal and insurance. As an experienced occupier agent specialising in real estate strategy, your role is crucial in helping tenants navigate the complexities of the real estate market to make informed decisions that align with their business goals.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support the team plan to develop a client portfolioAct as prime client interface on projects you manage: update clients on progress, answer queries, provide adviceSupport the team profile in the marketContribute to client presentations, bids and pitchesIdentify key technical issues/ problems in transactions and offers appropriate solutionsProvide input to support delivery of client assignments, i.e. prepare and process technical informationWork collaboratively to generate new instructions and pool expertise within the teamProactively seek out and identify new business and revenue opportunities with new and existing clientsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell when discussing a client’s requirementsQualifications/Experience Required:MRICS Chartered SurveyorA proven track record of occupier services experience working for a commercial advisory firm ideally in London or the South EastAn understanding of business development and client relationship managementExperience in networking and building relationships internally and externallyA level of experience selling successfully to clientsDemonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to roleDemonstrable understanding of market and local knowledgeThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic, collaborative role, significantly progressing your career.Cushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
