Job Title Senior Surveyor - Transaction Management Job Description Summary Our Transaction Management team is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their dynamic team to work with a major retail and commercial Banking client delivering projects across the UK&I.The team is looking for an energetic, innovative individual to take ownership of a significant disposals programme with support from senior members of the team. Job Description Role Responsibilities:Own account processes and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and to high quality standardsManage a high volume of freehold and leasehold disposals as part of a national programme and advise on surplus property disposal strategyManage strategic acquisitions, rent reviews, lease extensions and lease terminationsEffective management of C&W service lines, external agents and suppliers to deliver a high standard of service to the client in line with the scope of servicesEnsure delivery teams are working to the correct processes and templatesMaintain ongoing communication with client business stakeholders via verbal and written updates and reports to update colleagues and clients on specific matters where appropriateActive participation on client projectsMonitor business complianceMonitor and ensure legal compliance on transactions working with clients’ legal counselTrack and report on projects against agreed processes and schedulesEnsure delivery against client, individual and team KPI targetsUse client portfolio data to analyse client portfolios for activity levels and revenue opportunitiesSupport weekly / monthly reporting and Quarterly Business ReviewsCore Skills & Experience:Degree level qualification in Business or similarMembership of any professional bodies that require a level of proficiency in key skills is a benefitElementary commercial acumen, negotiation skills and understanding of market dynamicsUnderstanding of business development and client relationship managementAbility to network and build relationships internally and externallyGood knowledge of the real estate industry sector and market trendsTransaction management or agency experienceExperience in a project management role would also be consideredWe are a diverse team who are open to speaking to people from different professional backgrounds – please get in touch if you are interested.
