Job TitleSenior Surveyor - Lease AdvisoryJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionSenior Surveyor – Lease AdvisoryLocation – LondonWe have a great opportunity for a Surveyor looking for a step up or a Senior Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge to join our Lease Advisory team in the London Offices department.The Lease Advisory team is wide ranging from traditional rent reviews and lease renewals as well as tactical Asset management including re gears, lease re-structuring and related consultancy assignments.You would be involved in providing professional advice to clients independently and in support of instructions managed by Partners, Associates or as part of a multi-skilled team incorporating capital markets, lease disposal or tenant representation expertise.You will not only support the existing team but also be involved in and leading on winning new business whilst providing the best advice appropriate for clients to help them meet their goals and aspirations. Working collaboratively to generate new instructions, pool expertise within the team and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.The person we are looking for will have a general practice or rent review background and be MRICS qualified.
