Senior Surveyor - L&TLondon £45K-£55K plus car allowance + pension + bonus Beach Baker are working on an exciting opportunity for a Surveyor seeking career advancement or a Senior Surveyor looking for a new challenge to join a successful Lease Advisory team in the London Offices department.You will get to learn from some of the best in the business, build upon what is already is a dynamic and forward-thinking team.This Lease Advisory team handles a broad range of services, from traditional rent reviews and lease renewals to strategic asset management, including lease re-gearing, restructuring, and related consultancy assignments.In this role, you will provide professional advice to clients both independently and in collaboration with Partners, Associates, or as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes capital markets, lease disposal, and tenant representation expertise.You will support the existing team and take a lead in winning new business, offering the best possible advice to help clients achieve their goals. You'll work collaboratively to generate new instructions, share expertise within the team, and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a background in general practice or rent reviews and be MRICS qualified.
