Senior Surveyor – Property Manager – Trophy Assets Team – Up to £56k + Car Allowance – LondonA great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading consultancy in their Trophy Assets Team. The London based consultancy is looking to hire someone at Senior Surveyor level, offering up to £56k + car allowance as well as a discretionary bonus. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Central London team working on prestigious commercial assets.Job Role:Providing management services to high profile clients, in accordance to their contractsDeveloping and maintaining client relationshipsLiaising with clients on a regular basis and managing their contractsRecognising and generating business opportunities to add value to clients’ assetsDelivering and meeting SLA’s/KPI’sBeing a point of contact for trophy asset clients in regards to general management mattersLiaising with internal departmentsAccurately updating databases and spreadsheetsEffectively communicating between clients and tenantsComplying to all internal proceduresSkill Required:Preferably MRICS qualifiedHas experience in working with commercial trophy assetsPreviously worked with high profile clientsHas an understanding of the office management market and relevant patterns and trendsExperienced in dealing with service chargeApply for Senior Surveyor – Property Manager – Trophy Assets Team – Up to £56k + Car Allowance – LondonFields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
