Senior Support Worker/Team Leader

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader to join our team at Lammas Lodge
Lammas Lodge is a7 Bedded residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.We aim to enable everyone to make their own choices about the support they receive.
Our ideal support worker will:
Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
Previous experience within care
