A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a specialist international PR and Strategic Communications Agency. Working with high-level governmental, inter-governmental, charity and corporate clients, the agency offers a unique exposure to a global client base working to bridge the communications gap between cultures and communities on a local and international scale.The successful candidate will have plenty of opportunity to get involved in creative projects. The role involves a lot of travel and there is room for growth within the agency.Responsibilities:● Extensive diary management and scheduling meetings for Managing Partner - managing personal and work schedules, ensuring that appropriate meetings and people are given priority.● Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner, and his Chief of Staff managing multiple entities and teams.● Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements and provide detailed itineraries.● Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.● Take meeting minutes and ensure successful implementation of any follow up/ action items.● Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them.● Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, briefs, remarks and other documents as requested.● Keep a detailed log of all company stakeholders.● Produce PowerPoint or Keynote presentations and talking points when requested.● Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.● Organise and oversee company events and conferences in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.● Support external executive boards and advisory councils as requested on behalf the Managing Partner.Qualifications and requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced setting (preferably at least 5 years)Arabic Speaking (preferable, not a requirement)Must be able and willing to travel internationally and frequently.Proven genuine interest in current affairs and international relations.Strong IT skills with ability to use Microsoft packages at an advanced level.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across several teams, in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload; planning for self and others’ actions that need to happen, by whom and by when.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, presenting complex information effectively both orally and in writing.Flexible and adaptable; detail-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team, exercising initiative and referring upwards only where necessary.Resilience and stamina to sustain performance and meet deadlines even when under pressure from a high volume of work and conflicting priorities.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.To apply, please send a CV and cover letter to
