Overview:
The Global Enrolment Management team is in charge of recruiting postgraduate students from around the world. This team operates within a larger Enrolment Management unit, which includes Recruitment, Widening Participation, Marketing, Admissions, and Visa Compliance. It is also part of a broader Global Enrolment Management group that manages postgraduate recruitment across campuses in the UK, USA, and Canada.

Reporting Line:
The Senior Student Recruitment Officer reports to the Director of Global Enrolment Management & Partnerships. This role is vital in coordinating and managing various projects and initiatives to support the enrolment of postgraduate students.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Generation and Conversion (35%):
Lead efforts to generate applications for all postgraduate programmes, meeting annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop and implement strategies and operational plans to nurture postgraduate leads into applications.
Create and execute recruitment strategies to convert prospects into applicants.
Assist offer holders in making informed decisions to maximise enrolment.
Represent the institution at recruitment events in the UK and abroad.
Channel Partner Management (25%):
Oversee relationships with postgraduate Channel Partners globally.
Ensure effective communication, support, and training for Channel Partners.
Collaborate with the International Student Recruitment Officer (South Asia) on regional partner management.
Work with the Undergraduate Student Recruitment team to ensure a unified approach to agency management within the Global Enrolment Management team.
Executive Support and Operations Management (25%):
Support the Director with various projects and initiatives throughout the student lifecycle.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the needs of Global Enrolment Management.
Manage operational matters such as freight, regional office coordination, weekly reporting, data management, and CRM.
Facilitate integration of the London team with the broader Global Enrolment Management network and support cross-campus projects.
Enquiry Management & Consultative Sales (15%):
Respond to enquiries from prospective students through various channels, providing timely and accurate information.
Organise and deliver information sessions, open days, virtual events, and tours to support student decision-making.
Additional Duties:
Stay informed about sector developments to adapt strategies to the changing higher education landscape.
Attend key conferences and training events for professional development.
Undertake other tasks and projects as directed by the Director of Global Enrolment Management & Partnerships, as required.
