About the Role:
If you are a Senior Structural Engineer looking for a new career opportunity in the North West, you could be reading your new job role!!! Day-to-Day you will be dealing with industrial projects within the steel and RC concrete, both in the design and delivery, so experience within the industry is a MUST for all applying. Involved in all stages of the construction process, from conception through to completion, dealing with Stakeholders and therefore you will need to be a confident and excellent communicator. Liaising daily with your colleagues, you will provide the technical expertise to the projects which will revolve around the environmental and structural engineering field. Whilst delivering these projects you will of course ensure that all standards regarding the quality of works are adhered to.
About You:
- Experienced Senior Structural Engineer within the construction sector
- Confident dealing with 3rd party suppliers
- Ability to work with other departments to give clients the full integrated service
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of all stages of construction process - design to completion
- Experience in design risk management and mitigation
- Project proposals and tenders
- Confident doing site visits: checking over site conditions and resolving any issues with contractors
- Technical report writing and confident in presenting results
- Hold a valid UK driving license
