The Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. Our projects include iconic structures like Pentre Awel, Swansea Arena, International Convention Centre Wales, and the Newport Transporter Bridge. You will lead interesting projects with the guidance of experienced associates, develop project management skills, establish lasting customer relationships, and gain commercial awareness. As a role model and mentor, you will coach others in design and project information development.
The Right Fit

You should have experience in leading projects, managing design delivery programmes, understanding project finances, and mentoring engineers. Working towards or already chartered status is preferred.
