The Role
We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our structures team in Liverpool. We are well known locally for our work in education, healthcare and masterplan developments, we work on new build projects and rejuvenating existing buildings, and our projects can range in value from 2-50+ million. Day to day you will take the lead on projects, and be able to work independently but also collaborate with the wider team when required. This will include delegating work & mentoring junior engineers & technicians. You will be responsible for client liaison for concept design work and coaching individuals one-to-one to help them achieve their development goals while supporting a team to work effectively and focus on their development.
The Right Fit
Someone who has experience in delivering project work under limited or no supervision; including a working knowledge of key design software packages and an understanding of how to implement model validation on these packages. You will be actively working under a recognised professional Institution training pathway. Above all the right fit will be guided by what is right when making decisions, who recognises the contribution of others and shares their successes.
