Senior Structural Engineer

Are you a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer looking for a exciting new opportunity to join an award-winning engineering firm based in Sheffield.The successful Senior Structural Engineer will be joining a multidisciplinary firm and will be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects within the building sector including high rise buildings, residential, commercial and industrial buildings.Responsibilities
Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineersAble to work collaboratively with engineers in other disciplines such as geotechnical and civil/infrastructure designAttending client and project meetings to build relationships and discuss their needs and requirements
Requirements
BEng/MSc in Civil/Structural EngineeringMinimum of 5 years' experienceChartered or working towards chartered status with ICE or IStructEExperience working towards British standards on EurocodesStrong academic background with a focus on structural engineering courseworkProficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCADExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
