As well as the opportunity to use your creativity to identify innovative solutions to complex problems and to lead engagements, working closely with multidisciplinary teams of digital experts.In your day to day you will:Overseeing digital transformation projects and work streams from start to finish.Assessing complex financial, operational and organisational analysisDefining business problems and formulating hypotheses, leveraging the resources and know-how of The CocktailStructuring, leading and participating in client workshops and strategy brainstorming sessions.Identifying new offerings and propositions that could lead to commercial opportunitiesThe ideal candidatePrior strategy consulting experience at a top tier strategy consulting company Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably in strategic, digital transformation projects and leading projects from start to finish.Understanding of marketing, including trends, outputs etc, from having delivered projects within the sector or having previously worked in a marketing department.Strong analytical, research, communication and presentation skills.Critical and creative thinking and ability to execute on the details.Knowledge of strategic concepts and frameworks.Ability to engage with potential new clients.You are looking to strengthening your digital skills and apply technology to help grow our client's businesses.You want to be part of cross-functional teams with members from Data, Design and Technology.Have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a startup environment, value a collaborative culture.You are passionate about driving deep transformational change rather than just producing PowerPoint documents and recommendations.Working at The CocktailFlexibility and confidence.
