We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant or specializing in digital transformation, who is enthusiastic about helping grow a new transformational consulting practice from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing and leading digital transformation projects and work streams from start to finish.
Coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams
Leading and assessing complex financial, operational and organisational analysis
Defining business problems and formulate hypotheses, leveraging the resources and know-how of VML
Structuring, leading and participating in client workshops and strategy brainstorming sessions.
Identifying new offerings and propositions for WTC that could lead to commercial opportunities
What we want from you:
Prior strategy consulting experience at a top tier strategy consulting company (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&...) or a process consulting company (Capgemini, Accenture, Big 4…).
Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably in strategic, digital transformation projects and leading projects from start to finish.
Understanding of marketing, including trends, outputs etc, from having delivered projects within the sector or having previously worked in a marketing department.
Strong analytical, research, communication and presentation skills.
Critical and creative thinking and ability to execute on the details.
Knowledge of strategic concepts and frameworks.
Ability to engage with potential new clients.
Enthusiasm, courage, and curiosity
A thirst for knowledge and a desire to show that the impossible is possible.
