As a Senior Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures.
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all Patients, Employees and Consultants.
- Deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts when appropriate.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Registered Nurse role should have:
- 18 months post registration experience.
- Team management experience.
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
- Excellent clinical applied knowledge which is evidenced based and takes account of national best practice standards.
