It’s your data. Own it.The JobWe are seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team in London. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration.Your Day-to-Day RoleCompensation Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the industry.Analyze salary surveys and benchmarking data to make informed recommendations for salary structures and adjustments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Provide guidance to employees on benefits enrollment, changes, and related inquiries.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain compliant and attractive.Data Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits data.Generate regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.Utilize HRIS tools to streamline data management processes.Collaboration and Communication:Partner with HR business partners to understand the unique needs of different departments and tailor compensation and benefits solutions accordingly.Communicate effectively with employees to address queries and provide education on compensation and benefits offerings.Your Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in the UK.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our
London
office
a minimum of 3 days per week to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
