Cloud Twelve is a one-of-a-kind high-profile wellness and lifestyle club in the heart of Notting Hill, extending over three floors with an interactive play and learn zone for families with children, indulgent spa, luxury salon, nutritionally focused brasserie and a holistic wellness clinic.

We will consider both part time and full time Therapists for the role.
Main Purpose of the role
To deliver highest quality of treatments, working to gain a loyal, satisfied clientele. Ensuring all administration and safety requirements followed, consistently meeting targets set.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver a variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner, working to gain a loyal, satisfied clientele
Ensure that the treatments schedule runs efficiently
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Adhere to health and safety procedures.
Keep a clean and stocked room
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Adhere to all company policies and standards
Follow Spa SOPs at all times
Create an environment of indulgence and wellness
Requirements:
Minimum two years of working experience as a Spa Therapist, with experience working for a high-end establishment
5+ years hands on experience in massage techniques, skin/face and body treatments, providing five-star treatments at all time
Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO or Level 4 are a bonus
Ability to build lasting relationships with customers
Excited to be part of a growing business
Previous experience in sales of products and treatments
Flexibility with working hours, including some weekend and evening work
